The truth is rarely pure and never simple — but it can be made plain.
after Oscar Wilde
This pack is the source of truth. Everything we send outward is produced from it — never around it. A one-pager is a compression of the pack; a deck is a sequence drawn from it; the white paper is its long, patient form. When the artifacts disagree with the pack, the pack wins, and the artifact is corrected. This chapter is the index of those artifacts and the honest status of each, so that anyone preparing the data room knows exactly what exists, what is still in hand, and what is only intended.
The status words are kept few and literal. Live means it can be opened and read today. Drafted means a complete version exists and is in revision. In progress means it is being built now and is partially in hand. Planned means it is intended and scoped but not yet started. We do not soften these into one another.
The manifest
| Artifact | What it is | Status |
|---|---|---|
| The Consilience white paper | The long form, in its deepened four-movement edition — the full argument from mission through math, the document for the reader who wants all of it | In progress |
| The Pocket deck | The pitch for the reading-and-listening companion native to the messaging ecosystem: market, product, revenue engine, growth loop | Drafted |
| The Sovereign deck | The pitch for the local intelligence system in a home or community — the category bet, framed as direction where it is direction | Drafted |
| The Pocket one-pager | A single-page introduction to the companion — the fastest honest read of the in-market story | Live |
| The Sovereign one-pager | A single-page introduction to the local system, its safety, privacy, and energy model on one page | Live |
| The systems-bench one-pagers | One page per licensable system — including Seventy-One Translations and the Cover System — each describing capability, not inventory | In progress |
| The screenshot kit | Real screens only, captured from running surfaces; no mockups, no renders dressed as product | Drafted |
| Live demo access | A working surface a recipient can open and use, available throughout the conversation | Live |
| The narrated edition | An optional audio reading of the pack in a real voice, produced through our own voice systems, for listening rather than reading | Planned |
How a recipient travels it
The artifacts are ordered for a reader's patience, not for our convenience. Most people meet the work in the same sequence, and each step is complete on its own — no one is forced deeper than they wish to go.
A one-pager first. The Pocket pager for the in-market story, the Sovereign pager for the category bet. One page, one sitting, the whole shape of a direction. Most first conversations begin and sometimes end here.
Then a deck. For the recipient who wants the argument laid out — market, product, revenue, growth — in sequence. The deck expands the pager it follows; it never contradicts it.
Then the white paper, for the patient. The long form is for the reader who wants every claim with its grounding — mission and math together, across four movements. It is the deepest door, opened by the few who ask for it.
The demo, available throughout. At any point in that sequence, the recipient can stop reading and simply use the thing. The demo is not the finale; it sits beside every step, because the strongest answer to a claim is letting someone touch what runs.
A one-pager opens the door, a deck walks the room, the white paper stays for the long conversation — and the demo is always within reach.
For the bench, the path branches. A licensing recipient interested in one system — retrieval, voice, imagery, translation — is handed the relevant systems-bench one-pager first, and travels outward to the white paper only if the whole portfolio matters to them. The architecture of the manifest mirrors the architecture of the company: one body of work, several honest doors into it.
