This pack is the working brief for everything we send outward: the Consilience white paper in its deepened form, two pitch decks, and a family of one-page introductions. It is written for three audiences inside our own walls — the writers who will produce the final copy, the design agency that will build the decks, and ourselves, as the editors who decide what gets said, how, and where.
Nothing in this pack is final copy, though the one-pager drafts are close. Everything in it is governed by the sanitization charter in the first chapter: what may never appear in a public document, and what must always be true of one. Read that chapter first. It is short and it is law.
What we are presenting
We are presenting one body of work with two directions and a deep bench. The first direction is global and is in market now: a reading-and-listening companion native to an open messaging ecosystem approaching a billion monthly users, with native in-chat payments, true multilingual reading and narration, and a custom-built revenue engine behind it. The second direction is local and is the larger idea: a sovereign intelligence system that lives where its community lives — private by locality, efficient by design, growing in memory and wisdom over time. Beneath both sits the bench: a set of systems — retrieval intelligence, voice and audio, imagery, translation, story, and publishing tooling — each of which stands on its own, each of which is licensable, and each of which is already running.
